BOOKING
A Client may make
reservations by telephone, mail and email with Accessible Orlando Villa. Acceptance of
reservations by Accessible Orlando Villa depends upon availability of the premises.
Reservation is official only when confirmed by Accessible Orlando Villa.
PAYMENTS- COST OF RESERVATIONS
Upon receipt of
confirmation of reservation the client pays a deposit of $400 (£250), payable to
Mr
Whittle. The address for communication in this matter is 14
Moorend Grove, Cheltenham, Glos, GL53 0HA, England.
Payment of the balance must be made to
Mr Whittle 10 weeks before the start of the holiday along with the security deposit
referred to below.
MINIMUM PERIOD OF RENTAL- PRICES The minimum period is one week. Prices
are per booking per week. In particular circumstances Accessible Orlando Villa reserves the
right to make rentals with different conditions. Prices have been calculated on the basis
of exchange rates and price ceilings in effect on 1 April 2004. Price may change without
prior notice in accordance with changes in exchange rates and in the costs of tourist
services. If the total cost should exceed 10% of the prices here quoted, the client may
withdraw from contract by giving written notice to Accessible Orlando Villa within 48 hours
of receipt of notice of higher price.
SCHEDULE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Arrival: The agreed and booked day
not before 4
.00pm. Departure: The agreed and booked day at or before
11.00 am. Any modifications of time of
arrival or departure must be communicated and approved by Accessible Orlando
Villa at least three days in advance. In case of unforeseen delay on the day of
arrival the client must phone Accessible Orlando Villa on 011 44 1242 573 233 any day prior to 5.00 pm. In
case of failure to make such call, both the owner and Accessible Orlando Villa have no obligation to
the client.
INSURANCE Insurance covering third
parties on behalf of the renter for damage to property, persons and animals is
included in the rental price. The coverage is valid so long as the renter
respects the rental conditions and has made the reservation through Accessible Orlando Villa.
SECURITY DEPOSIT The client must pay
Accessible Orlando Villa a security deposit of $400
(£250), which must be sent with the final payment. The
deposit will be returned to the client when the Management
Company confirm this is acceptable, minus a charge for any damages to the
lodgings. ENTRY TO PREMISES WILL BE DENIED TO A CLIENT WHO NOT PAID A REQUIRED SECURITY
DEPOSIT.
NUMBER OF PERSONS
The number of
persons lodged in the accommodation may not exceed the number of beds indicated in the
description i.e. 8 persons. The number of persons may of course be fewer than the beds.
CONDITION- CLEANLINESS
The holiday home is thoroughly cleaned
and is presented to the client in a clean and perfect condition. It must be left in the
same condition as found. If any special cleaning is
necessary, this will be deducted from the Security deposit.
INDOOR AND OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE In case of need for repairs or general
maintenance ( swimming pool, garden, etc..) the owner has the right upon giving advance
notice to the client, to enter the premises rented, both indoor and outdoor, accompanied
by professional, trustworthy workmen.
CANCELLATION PENALTY If the client cancels the reservation
by email or telegram, having already sent the deposit, the following cancellation penalties
will be charged to the client:

Reimbursement will be made by check sent by mail.
*There will be no refund once the rental period has
commenced, unless the villa can be re-let. This is at the entire discretion of the Villa
Owner. The rental period is defined as 10 weeks before
departure.
RESPONSIBILITY
Accessible Orlando Villa has not visited and checked every accommodation cited and the
descriptions contained herein are presented in good faith. In case of problems
with the villa, the client must undertake to communicate them to Accessible Orlando Villa within 24 hours of arrival at the place rented. The client must
undertake to give Accessible Orlando Villa reasonable time to resolve any such problem. Clients who leave an
accommodation prior to the agreed upon date will have no right to reimbursement,
Complaints made by a client more than 24 hours after arrival or at the end of
the journey can receive no reimbursements or indemnification.
CANCELLATION BY Accessible Orlando Villa
Accessible Orlando Villa
may in exceptional circumstances cancel the contract in whole or in part without
penalty. In such case, if the contract is cancelled before its initiation, the
client will receive full reimbursement of all money paid.
PRICES & SURCHARGE POLICY
Prices are
guaranteed. No surcharges.
STRIKES- ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS- WAR- CIVIL AND
MILITARY DISORDER- RIOTS- NATURAL CALAMITIES
All these constitute " force majeure" and are not
the responsibility of Accessible Orlando Villa. Any additional expenditures borne by the
client and caused by such conditions will not be reimbursed, nor will any services lost
thereby be recoverable.
JURISDICTION For any dispute the Court of Florida is
the competent jurisdiction. A reservation implies knowledge and acceptance without reserve
or exception of the General Conditions here set forth. If any of the conditions of the
contract were or should become invalid, or if there should occur any omission, the
validity of the remaining conditions will not be subject to litigation.
