Florida State taxes, bedding, towels, electricity, water, utilities, cleaning, pool maintenance, gardener and free local telephone calls are included in  the above prices; pool heating is extra at $20/£10 per day.

Please note that a $400 (£250) refundable security deposit is necessary on this villa. This is to cover against any accidental damage that may occur whilst you are staying there.
